BUSINESS MODEL
1. What is Powur 3.0?
Powur 3.0 marks a major transformation in our company, as Powur becomes more of a
workforce 2.0 platform than ever before. We will now be able to offer an unprecedented
career path for entrepreneurs who wish to earn a part-time or full-time income in the solar
industry, by developing their own solar energy enterprise, operating along multiple vertices of
the solar value chain (i.e., leads, contracts, sales organization development).
Powur 3.0 has many components to it, but at its core it is our company taking on significantly
more enterprise value as a full-stop solar design, service, and national installer management
platform. We are offering the most competitive value propositions to our clients and the
most competitive career opportunities to our Advisors, while enabling unprecedented
scalability due to our “platform” driven model and network of solar installers.
2. Why is Powur launching 3.0?
To allow our amazing community of Advisors to advance their entrepreneurial career path
inside solar energy, and earn 4x more per sale, while empowering them to take control of
their clients process end to end.
3. What are the key benefits of 3.0 to Powur’s Advisors and their customers?
Powur Advisors will now receive the most state-of-the-art solar training in the industry,
allowing them to become energy experts representing innovative cost and energy saving
solutions to their network. As a Consultant, you command the maximum value per sale
earning up to $2,000 or more per sale. Customers receive the benefit of a Powur Proposal,
leveraging our vast experience of solar designs, equipment, companies… we can put
together the very best proposal, from the best installers, with the best price, in any market
we do business in across the nation. This is a triple win!
4. When will 3.0 launch?
Powur 3.0 is beginning in January, and all the components will be rolled out sequentially leading
up to our National Convention March 24-25 in San Diego. It would be wise to purchase your
early bird tickets to 3.0, the national convention, before the price expires. Register here.

5. Can Powur Advisors work within the Powur 2.0 and 3.0 models concurrently?
Absolutely. You can submit leads to providers, or ultimately originate and close solar
contracts yourself. The choice is yours.
6. Will we have new marketing materials outlining 3.0?
There is extensive new training, scripts, materials, and processes in the Powur Consultant
University, which Advisors are eligible to participate in when they have achieved the
Consultant level of 120 Accumulated Powur Points.
7. Are we planning for Spanish tools and trainings?
Of course, but the focus at the moment is the major changes happening to the business
model.
8. Are we planning to expand into additional countries in 2018?
We have no plans at this time for further international expansion, but will continue to look at
compelling opportunities as they arise.
9. If we are an Advocate now do we have to upgrade to the $99 in order to have the benefits?
Do we have a deadline for when we need to upgrade or will we be disqualified since we
came in at $0?
Yes, all Advocates will need to follow the rules just like everyone else as of January 1, 2018.

10. For those who had paid the $499 to become an Advisor, are they now considered
Consultant?
No, they are an Advisor. Consultant University is separate.
11. How will commissions be paid for business that has already been submitted and signed
contracts under Powur 2.0 but has not yet been installed?
They will be paid under the new compensation plan.
12. When will an annual license renew?
The annual license renews 365 days from your start date.
13. What is the Powur Vocational Path?
Advocates: The starting career as a solar professional. Advocates earn commissions from
personal appointments and installation revenue. Advocates can advance along the
Consultant pathway.

Advisors: For everyone looking to develop as a leader, through the building and management
of their own team. Advisors have all the benefits of Advocates plus earn commission
overrides on the team they build and can advance through the Consultant pathway.
Consultants: The future of the solar professional. Consultants earn high-ticket commissions
from signing their own customers and can advance to “expert” with the ability to receive
leads from other Powur Advisors or Advocates.
CONSULTANT PROCESS
1. What do I need to do in order to be eligible for P
6. How fast can somebody be certified as a Consultant?
Your speed to Consultant depends entirely on how quickly you can accumulate the necessary
points, complete the required training and certification, and demonstrate your effectiveness
to Powur’s Director of Sales and Solar Training who will work with you until he feels
confident you are ready to be made live as a Consultant.
7. Will referrers be able to select the Expert Consultant they refer their leads to? If so, will
there (eventually) be a visible “Yelp” page for Expert Consultants?
Yes, eventually, but not in the beginning.
8. Does an Advocate have the ability to become a Consultant without becoming an Advisor?
Yes. Advocates can become Consultants without becoming Advisors.
PROVIDERS
1. Will existing providers discontinue working with us at the beginning of the year?
Powur 2.0 continues as usual, and our network of providers will continue to work with
homeowner leads you refer to them. Powur 3.0 is a new product on our platform allowing
Consultants to sign their own solar contracts. It is independent of and in addition to Powur 2.0.
2. Who are our Powur 3.0 providers?
As part of our 3.0 Beta, the following solar providers have already joined Powur 3:0:
Freedom Solar, SunPower, Solar Spectrum, Elevation Solar, Baker Electric Solar, IES, SEM
Power, MorningStar and Skyline, covering the areas in the image below. Our Business
Development team is in continuing conversations with additional partners.

3.0 REVENUE PLAN
1. Is the average commission of $520 for Advisors rewarded after a signed contract?
Under the new Powur Revenue plan commissions for signed contracts are paid weekly,
following the “Final Design” status and the “Install Status,” which you will see updated in
your Powur Platform back office.
2. Will 3.0 be tier-based commissions like in 2.0?
No, there is now a commissionable volume (CV) amount introduced with each sale.
Commissionable Value (CV) is calculated as total revenue generated minus operating costs.
Commissionable volume varies with each market and provider.
3. What determines whether an appointment is commissionable?
Commissionable appointments are displayed next to the provider. If there is a “tier” or
appointment commission listed, all appointments with that provider will be commissionable.
4. What is required to advance from a Consultant to Expert?
To advance to Expert, you must achieve 800 Personal Points, complete Consultant
certification, and receive sign off from Powur’s Director of Sales & Solar Training.
5. Will install commissions still double after our third install referral?
No. Everyone now starts with significantly higher install commissions. There is no more
Champions Club bonus, and just a higher payout from the start for every install.
6. Under the Powur Point system do we earn points under each part of the process? For
example, do we add 1 Personal Point for the lead with utility bill + 2 Personal Points for
PowurPro subscription + 5 Personal Points for a Live Transfer + 3 Personal Points for lead
qualified....which equals 11 so far.....and keep adding?
Yes, all points are cumulative.
7. I'm a Senior Advisor now, what is this equal to on the new path?
Your rank is determined by what your personal and your teams’ points are in a given period.
8. Do I get different points for the size of an installation?
Points are action/event based not size-based. There is no point difference based on the size
of an installed system. The size of an installation matters toward the amount of commission
you can make based on commissionable volume.

9. What safeguards are being implemented to ensure Appointments are legitimate?
Lead quality scores across all leads, which will determine eligibility to receive bonuses.
10. Are the Performance Bonus Personal Points based on the 28 rolling day time slot?
No, they are cumulative.
11. Is the period for the Personal Appointment Bonus a weekly period?
There is no such thing as a weekly period. It’s a rolling 28 day period. Commissions are paid
weekly based on the prior week’s activity.
12. What will carry over from 2.0 for Advisors?
All points earned to date count towards any cumulative point requirements. For
qualifications that require pay period points, those points need to be earned in the pay
period.
13. Are generations on sponsorship or placement?
There is now only a sponsorship tree. We have done away with separate lineages in the
Powur 3.0 plan.
TEAM BUILDING/RECRUITING/MARKETING
1. I've established personal relationships with some of the solar sales people I've met during
Powur 2.0. Will I be able to speak to them about joining my Powur team?
This will have to be considered on a case by case basis.
2. Do Advocates, Advisors and Consultants get a replicated web page?
Only if they purchase PowurPro on a monthly basis.
3. If you sign up as a Consultant, do you also get the opportunity to build a team, or do you
need to sign up as an Advisor as well?
You need to be an Advisor to build a team. Consultant is separate.
4. Will people who are currently in our Powur Grid Leads be added into our Powur
Marketing Funnel?
Yes; they will be marketed to.
5. Can Advocates Get PowurPro or is it just for Advisors & Consultants?
Advocates can also purchase PowurPro if they desire.
6. Can We Meet New Providers So We Can Be More Knowledgeable About Their Service? Building a great relationship with our new providers is an important aspect of our model and we will developing events and programs to foster this. However, we will also be mindful of our providers time, and so any meetings, tours, etc. will be coordinated through Bobby Smith, VP of Sales.
